At Royal Kitchen spice, we are committed to delivering quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds in genuine cases where:
✔ The service was not delivered as described.
✔ There was a double payment or accidental transaction.
✔ A cancellation was requested before processing started.
If your request qualifies, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Please note:
✔ Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
✔ The order has already been processed or delivered.
✔ Delay or failure due to incorrect/incomplete information provided by the customer.
✔ Dissatisfaction due to customer errors in form submission, content, or design approval.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before processing starts. Once the work is in progress or completed, cancellations will not be entertained.
